"AMAZING!"  That's how one of our visiting physicians explained it. 

"BEST CONFERENCE YET!"  That's how one of our volunteers explained it.   

"A GREAT MINISTRY!"  That's how one of our patient's mother explained it.  

NOVA V was an overwhelming success.  The world's most talented physicians in the field of Vascular Anomalies gathered in Cincinnati to participate in the NOVA Family Conference V.    More than 250 patients, their families, volunteers, friends, and visitors from the medical community were in attendance for our no-charge medical conference and clinic.  Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center donated their facilities and staff to us.   

Our special heart-felt thanks are extended to Denise Adams, MD and the team of dedicated professionals in the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Unit at CCHMC.   

More than forty children were seen by physicians in our multi-disciplinary clinic.  Our clinical teams represented some of the finest medical institutions in the nation including:  CCHMC, Boston Children's Hospital, Los Angeles Children's Hospital, Texas Children's Hospital, Hospital for Sick Kids (Toronto, Canada), University of Kentucky Medical Center, NYU Medical Center, and others.    Please read more about our conference in the Hemangioma Newsline and on our web site.
