The Executive Board of NOVA is an all volunteer board.  None of the board members receives compensation for the work they provide to the organization.  Our Medical Director  receives no financial compensation for her role.  We are proud of all of our volunteers and the service they provide.

The Medical Advisors to NOVA provide assistance to the organization by answering email questions, lecturing at our conferences, providing patient consultations, and writing for our newsletter. They are not involved with the administration of the organization. All of their assistance is provided without financial compensation.  The Medical Advisors all have an expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular anomalies including, hemangioma, vascular malformation, port wine stains, KT, PHACES, SWS, and related syndromes.

 

Volunteers

NOVA is an all volunteer organization.  We have many individuals that support our organization by volunteering for various projects we are involved in.  We need volunteers for fundrasing, conferences, and family support.  Our family support advocates are parents who have offered to assistance to other parents, patients and family members.  If you would like become one of our volunteers please contact us.
