He has dedicated 10 years to the Heal the Children organization. He has been honored by the American Cancer Society of NJ for his efforts to help women in the fight against breast cancer. Both the American Red Cross and the National Congressional Committees Business Advisory Council have recognized his contributions to the community. Most recently Dr. Rosen has been actively involved in fund-raising efforts to support the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He has been a significant contributor to the efforts of the National Organization of Vascular Anomalies.

Dr. Ablaza holds the unique in her profession. It is well noted that only 1 in 10 Plastic Surgeons are women. Dr. Ablaza is considered one of the best in her field.
